I don't find a cubicle inspiring and I loathe the word "network" - relationships are cultivated and special.  

CREATIVITY AND INSPIRATION COME FROM CREATING BALANCE, FINDING HAPPINESS AND BEING MOVED TO BE YOUR BEST AND DO YOUR BEST EVERY DAY.  

Waking up each day and having the energy and desire to have the most amazing day possible is what drives me.  I strive to sweat, eat nourishing foods and practice gratitude on a daily basis.  Working out and creating in the kitchen are two of my favorite things, so it's a natural fit that I have found myself drawn to work in fitness, health and wellness. My personal love and knowledge has carried over into my work and it has allowed me to do what I love every day!

With a degree in business administration and marketing from American University, a minor in graphics design and a certification in holistic nutrition from Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I have built a foundation for doing what I love.  For 8 years, I co-owned Dell et Ruhs Public Relations, a boutique PR firm in West Hollywood that specialized in product placement, events, marketing, celebrity seeding and branding. Since 2013, I have consulted brands and experts directly as a PR specialist. In my agency and consulting work, I have helped build and grow a stellar business, working with brands and experts including Kelsey Patel, Dr. Mark Hyman, Maya Feller, Lorna Jane, Carbon38, Dr. Alejandro Junger, Clean Program, Elements, Kore Kitchen, The DEN Meditation, Claire Grieve, Stop, Breathe & Think, For the Love of Travel, Susy Markoe Schieffelin, Coffee So Good, POUND Fitness, Juice So Good, Chaser, NUX, Nesh, SOLOW, Serena Poon, Just Add Water, So Good Baby, Jennie Miremadi, Enzymedica, XO Fitness, TART Collections, Philosophie, alternaVites, Dr. Steven Gundry and The Plant Paradox series, Vie Healing, Healthy with Nedi and more.  I've created events, features and campaigns with partners including YogaWorks, Equinox, Crunch, PALETA, O.N.E. Coconut Water, Hot 8 Yoga, Exhale Spa, FitFluential, FITIST, Pure Bar, Viceroy, Kimpton Hotels, FabFitFun and more. I have created a name for myself in the industry, but more importantly, created personal relationships that will lead to other great things. 

From here, my story is yet to be written. Each day, I work hard to do what I love and love what I do by surrounding myself with people who inspire me and that I can work with to take us both higher!
